Otherwise, the party leader expressed readiness to hold a rally at Liberty Square and keep it till the end. He further said he will possibly address the court with a demand to recount the votes. The votes divided as follows: the chairman of the ruling RPA, incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan garnered 861 378 (58,64 %) votes; Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisian got 539 674 (36,74%) votes; former foreign minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arman Melikyan received 3 520 (0,24%) votes; former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan - 31 643 (2,15%) votes; National Self-Determination Union party head Paruyr Hayrikyan - 18 093 (1,23%) votes; Radio Hay director Andrias Ghukasyan 8 328 (0,57%) votes; literature expert Vardan Sedrakyan – 6 203 (0,42%) votes.
