 9 23.02.13 - "Heritage" party leader Raffi Hovannisian's rally in Ashtarak              Raffi Hovannisian starts visit to Armenian provinces   February 23, 2013 - 14:51 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - A candidate in Armenia's presidential elections, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has started a visit to Armenian provinces, with Ashtarak as his first destination. At Ashtarak-hosted rally, Hovannisian congratulated those gathered with a victory, stressing that people proved their readiness to for a struggle. As Hovannisian noted, he'll be acting in accordance with law. Following the rally, Hovannisian spoke to people gathered. Heritage leader will further travel to Vanadzor and Gyumri to return to Yerevan for a Sunday rally. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
