Gagik Melikyan: Aliyev’s threats are evidence of his diplomatic illiteracy

PanARMENIAN.Net - It’s inadmissible for a country leader to make warlike statements, Armenian member of parliament said.

“I wonder how Azerbaijani President Aliyev dares make such statements being a diplomat by profession,” Gagik Melikyan told a news conference in Yerevan. “His threats are evidence of his diplomatic illiteracy and are meant to gain internal political dividends.”
