  Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan: return of liberated territories can result in Armenia’s collapse July 1, 2010 - 14:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Return of liberated territories can result in Armenia’s collapse, according to Arstakh war hero, General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos). “Signing the 1994 ceasefire agreement envisaging the withdrawal of troops from the liberated territories, Armenian diplomacy has failed to use the victory over Azerbaijan. Now, mistakes should be analyzed to seek a way out,” he told reporters on July 1. As to the statement issued by the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair countries, General Ter-Tadevosyan said it was the result of insufficient Armenia’s foreign policy. “At that, the main goal of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s visit to Armenia is negotiation of the statement’s provision with the Armenian leadership,” he concluded. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
