  Russian base deployment terms extended to 2044  August 20, 2010 - 14:52 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and his Russian counterpart Anatoly Serdyukov signed in Yerevan a protocol on extension of Russian military base deployment terms in RA till 2044. The Ministers also signed a memorandum on defense cooperation. Russian and Armenian Presidents attended the signing ceremony. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
