  Arstakh, Armenia’s security interrelated  August 24, 2010 - 15:25 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Although Artsakh is not a member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, its security is interrelated with Armenia’s, head of CSTO Yerevan-based information support center said. “If Azerbaijan launches hostilities, CSTO will not remain indifferent about Karabakh’s fate,” Nver Torosyan told a news conference on August 24.
