Foreign Ministry of Armenia: Artsakh’s participation in Karabakh conflict settlement negotiations essential

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 9, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Robert Bradtke (U.S.), Igor Popov (Russia) and Bernard Fassier (France).

The co-chairs briefed Nalbandian on results of the meeting with Karabakh and Azeri authorities.

Nalbandian, in turn, characterized Artsakh’s participation in Karabakh conflict settlement negotiations as essential.

The parties discussed recent incidents on the line of contact, their impact on negotiation process, and the possibility to continue talks based on Madrid principles, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
