  Fate of Karabakh bill to be determined by October 28 noon October 27, 2010 - 15:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan hosted leaders of parliamentary groups on October 27 to discuss Heritage-initiated bill on recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. Currently, no agreement is reached on the issue. Heritage party board chairman Raffi Hovannisian told journalists that the coalition spoke for withdrawal of the bill from the four-day session agenda. He said the fate of the bill will be determined by October 28 noon.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
