Armenia, UAE to develop bilateral relations

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 3, Armenian parliamentary speaker Hovik Abrahamyan met with the Minister of Foreign Trade for the United Arab Emirates, Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi.

At the meeting, the parliamentary speaker expressed confidence for the Minister’s visit to Armenia to promote further development of bilateral relations.

Abrahamyan emphasized the importance of strengthening of interparliamentary ties, also noting that Yerevan-hosted business forum will promote the development of economic relations and expansion of investment field between the two countries.

Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, in her turn, stressed the importance of further development of Armenia-UAE cooperation, as well as activation of trade and economic ties. As she noted, new projects and agreements between the states take bilateral relations to a new stage, parliamentary press service reported.
