Chief officer for public relations of the Investigative Service at the RA Defense Ministry Mary Sargsyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that Azroyan is accused under the following articles: part 2 of article 104 of the RA Criminal Code (CC) (murder of one and more persons), part 2 of provision 1 of article 34-104 of the RA CC (assassination attempt of one and more persons), part 1 of article 365 of the RA CC (violation of procedure for military service.) “Azroyan has been arrested, the investigation is under way,” said Sargsyan. 4 soldiers were killed and 4 injured in the incident that took place on November 19 night at the frontline of Nagorno Karabakh armed forces. Levon Yesayan, 19, Nerses Galoyan, 20, Narek Sahakyan, 20, and Nver Sargsyan, 19, were killed. Sargis Melkumyan, 19, Khachik Aleksanyan, 18, Masis Grigoryan, 19, and Manvel Azroyan, 19, were wounded.
