  Amended RA Electoral Code not to completely exclude election forge November 26, 2010 - 17:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the RA parliamentary standing committee on state and legal affairs David Harutyunyan said that the envisaged amendments to the RA Electoral Code (EC) will help improve organization of elections in Armenia. However, they cannot completely exclude elections falsification, Harutyunyan told a press conference in Yerevan. Referring to the proportional and majority systems of elections, Harutyunyan said that the current system is the best option. He added that a working group to study offers of political forces, NGOs and ordinary citizens on the RA Electoral Code revision will be established soon.
