  Armenian PM: Artsakh has every reason for self-determination  December 11, 2010 - 12:49 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh has every political, historical and legal reason for self-determination, Armenian Prime Minister said. Addressing a forum titled “Legal aspects of Artsakh’s self-determination in the context of modern international law. Before and after Kosovo”, Tigran Sargsyan emphasized that a generation of specialists who have set themselves a task of studying the legal aspects of Nagorno Karabakh's self-determination has formed in Armenia. The event was organized by the International and Comparative Law Center.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
