  Vigen Sargsyan: Baku knows that Karabakh is entitled for self-determination  December 11, 2010 - 13:32 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani authorities have always admitted that Nagorno Karabakh is entitled for self-determination, deputy head of the Armenian presidential administration said. “However, they erroneously insist that the people of Karabakh can constitute themselves within Azerbaijan,” Vigen Sargsyan said when addressing a forum on “Legal aspects of Artsakh’s self-determination in the context of modern international law.
