As he noted at news conference in Yerevan, ArmRosgazprom did not manage to fully avoid corruption practices, which ANC has repeatedly stated. “Karen Karapetyan was the person behind the unsubstantiated increase of gas tariffs. There’s little hope the same person can create productive city management system to justify people’s expectations,” ANC coordinator remarked.
