  Armenia will recognize Karabakh if Azerbaijan unleashes a new war, RA President says  January 27, 2011 - 12:30 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia can’t recognize independence of Abkhazia, South Ossetia or Kosovo unless it recognizes Nagorno Karabakh, Armenian President said. “However, recognition will be immediate, should Azerbaijan unleash a new war,” Serzh Sargsyan told Echo of Moscow. “We don’t recognize the Nagorno Karabakh Republic yet, as we are holding talks.
