Alexander Iskandaryan: PACE subcommittee on Karabakh can’t influence OSCE MG activity

PanARMENIAN.Net - The PACE subcommittee on Karabakh can’t influence activity of the OSCE Minsk Group or provoke alternation of the format of negotiations, an Armenian political analyst said.

“Azerbaijan views the panel as a tool to exert pressure on Armenia. However, these efforts will prove inefficient like it was before,” Caucasus Institute director Alexander Iskandaryan told a news conference.

As to reports that the Armenian delegation can boycott the activity of the subcommittee, he said boycotting may be an effective move but not the best diplomatic weapon.
