ARFD: Armenia must recognize Karabakh if talks fail

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia should launch a process of the international recognition of Artsakh independence parallel to settlement talks, according to ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director.

“We have to take a tougher stance, by refusing to participate in negotiations without Karabakh representatives’ involvement,” Kiro Manoyan said, suggesting creation of a political alliance between Armenia and Karabakh. “Armenia must recognize Karabakh in case negotiations fail, without waiting for the start of a war,” he remarked.
