Oppositionist slams coalition agreement as abuse of power

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia People’s Party leader Tigran Karapetyan has slammed the recently signed declaration of the ruling coalition as abuse of power.

“Political forces which can compete with each other will draw a single roll for the future elections. It will help people understand why the ruling parties can gain the majority of votes. However, we will spare no effort to prevent such scenario,” he told reporters on Feb 24.

According to Karapetyan, there are two types of opposition in Armenia. “The old opposition struggles for government posts, the new one wants justice,” he said.
