OSCE should have permanent representation in Nagorno Karabakh, expert says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of European Integration NGO Karen Bekaryan said that the OSCE should have its permanent representation in Nagorno Karabakh with full commission.

“The OSCE cannot be the instance responsible for the Karabakh conflict resolution without having a representation in the conflict zone,” Bekaryan told a press conference in Yerevan. “Any institution, which wants to deal with the Karabakh conflict settlement, should have a representation in Nagorno Karabakh to understand what to do.

According to him, this specifically refers to the Council of Europe and European Union.

“To present the matter to the international community and achieve its resolution, consistent and diligent work of the two Armenian states – Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh – is required,” said Bekaryan.
