No disputing of the order must be allowed in the army. Only implicit obedience can guarantee the army’s fighting capacity,” Artur Aghabekyan stressed. Under the bill on Disciplinary Charter of the Armenian Armed Forces, servicemen have the right to dispute commander’s order and submit a relevant protocol with respect to it.
