Commenting on Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov’s statement that Baku and Ankara have developed a plan for the conflict resolution, Tigran Balayan said: “The scenario presented by Mr Azimov is a figment of imagination.” “It was numerously stated that Turkey has nothing to do with the Karabakh process,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
