  Nalbandian to attend CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting in Kyiv April 7, 2011 - 10:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s top diplomat Edward Nalbandian will attend the meeting of CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Kyiv, Ukraine on April 8. The agenda includes discussion of economic cooperation till 2020 as well as a number of projects on collaboration in various fields, reported the press office of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
