Armenian community skeptical about Obama

PanARMENIAN.Net - ARF Bureau’s Hat Dat and Political Affairs Office director Kiro Manoyan thinks that U.S. President Barack Obama is unlikely to use the term ‘Genocide’ in his annual April 24 statement due to the lack of any pressure on him.

According to Manoyan, the Armenian community of the U.S. is rather skeptical about Obama, what is conditioned solely by his attitude towards the Genocide issue.

“These problems complicate his election campaign, but Mr. Obama still has a chance to keep the promise he gave to American Armenians,” he said.
