EU may substitute France in OSCE MG - expert

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of European Integration NGO Karen Bekaryan thinks that the European Union may substitute France in the OSCE Minsk Group dealing with the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Bekaryan recalled the recent statement by Catherine Ashton, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, on Nagorno Karabakh, in which she did not exclude the possibility of substituting France.

“The replacement may strengthen the Minsk Group, but drag out the decision-making process on the Karabakh conflict,” he said.
