Post-Soviet States Association to be formed![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - A Post-Soviet States Association (PSSA) will be formed within the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS) on the initiative of Armenia. “Russia and Ukraine agreed to join in the initiative, making the association official,” the head of Public Council of Armenia (PCA) Vazgen Manukyan stated upon signing a cooperation agreement with China Economic and Social Council (CESC). “The members of Armenian, Russian and Ukrainian Public Councils, as a part of Post-Soviet States Association, will be able to influence the decision-making process to expand economic, political and social ties,” Manukyan explained. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
