Students of state and private higher education institutions of Armenia performed a concert. Chairman of the All-Armenian International Youth Center Andranik Nikoghosyan sent a congratulatory message to the people of Artsakh on the 19th anniversary of NKR’s independence. The message specifically reads: “The past years have clearly displayed the vitality of NKR and its people’s decisiveness to build a free, reliable and efficient state,” the press service of the All-Armenian International Youth Center reported.
