  Moscow State Institute of International Relations to host creative and scientific intellectual elite forum October 13, 2010 - 20:18 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - On October 14-15, Moscow State Institute of International Relations will host the 5th forum of creative and scientific intellectual elite. Over 500 representatives of CIS states will participate in the forum entitled Innovative and Humanitarian Partnership – the Basis for Dynamic Development in CIS States. Development of professional contacts in the spheres of science, education, culture, mass communications, sports and tourism will be discussed. The forum was organized with the assistance of the CIS Humanitarian Cooperation Union and CIS Intergovernmental Humanitarian Cooperation Fund.
