  Dwelling complex foundation laid in Kapan October 15, 2010 - 15:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the ceremony of laying the foundation of a dwelling complex in Kapan, Syunik region of Armenia. As a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the scene, the complex will include three buildings with 335 apartments. The AMD 7.6 billion project under the aegis of the Armenian government.
