CIS member countries to approve innovative cooperation program in spring 2011November 16, 2010 - 15:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The development of the program on innovative cooperation between the CIS member countries is coming to an end. The heads of government will gather in Saint Petersburg on November 19 to discuss the $100-180bln program for its further approval in spring 2011.
