AAC participates in meeting of clergymen serving in prisonsNovember 22, 2010 - 17:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 15-26, the UK is hosting a meeting for clergymen serving in prisons. The Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC) is represented in the meeting by leader of the Shirak Diocese of the AAC, Bishop Michael Ajapayan, the information service of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin told PanARMENIAN.Net Peculiarities of clergymen’s work with prisoners, as well as organization of the most efficient rehabilitation works and working models of it in British prisons are in the focus of the meeting. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners.
