  Nikolay Babajanyan: liberated territories should be populated with Armenian refugees from AzerbaijanJanuary 13, 2011 - 17:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of Our Home Armenia NGO Nikolay Babajanyan urged for revelation of the identities and punishment for the perpetrators of Armenian pogroms in Baku. At a news conference in Yerevan, Babajanyan emphasized the necessity of populating Karabakh-adjacent liberated territories with Armenian refugees, as a way to compensate for their inability to return to their homes in Azerbaijan as a result of tragic events.
