  ArmenTel gifts new-built quarter to Meghri town administration January 18, 2011 - 11:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ArmenTel CJSC has gifted a new-built quarter to Meghri town administration. The building, which is situated near the Meghri-Yerevan highway, will be equipped as a sports facility with a swimming pool and gyms, the company’s press office reported.
