Captured Azeri Soldier Handed to AzerbaijanDecember 23, 2006 - 14:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Captured Azeri soldier Vusal Garachaev Mohammed oghli, born in 1988 in Belokan region of Azerbaijan, was handed by the NKR authorities to Azerbaijan at 12:55 December 23, says the statement of the NKR State Commission on POW and Missed.
