  Capitol Hill to host Congressional Event on Artsakh Independence  September 28, 2010 - 15:27 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Capitol Hill will host a Congressional Event on Artsakh Independence on September 28, 2010, with congressional leaders, diplomats and the Armenian American community marking the 19th anniversary of the independence of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR). Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghulian will be the keynote speaker of the evening, executive director of the Armenian National Committee of America told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. The event is organized by the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues, in cooperation with the Embassy of Armenia, the Office of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Armenian-American organizations.
