Cyprus parliament may host exhibition dedicated to Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan met with President of the House of Representatives of Cyprus Marios Garoyan.

“Armenians of Cyprus, who are taking part in political, economic and cultural life of the country and at the same time preserve their national identity, help strengthen relations between Cyprus and Armenia,” Garoyan said.

He also pledged support to organization of an exhibition dedicated to Armenia in the Cypriot parliament, what will offer a possibility to know more about Armenia and its culture.

Abrahamyan, for his part, stressed the importance of cooperation within international institutions, RA NA press office reported.
