OSCE CiO to arrive in Armenia March 17March 10, 2011 - 17:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Azubalis, will travel to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia next week to meet government leaders and representatives of political parties to discuss OSCE work in the region and the Lithuanian Chairmanship’s priorities for 2011. Azubalis plans to meet the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Prime Minister of Georgia, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, political leadership and civil society representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Progress towards resolution of protracted conflicts in the OSCE region is a key priority of Lithuania's OSCE Chairmanship. The Chairperson will discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement process, co-operation with the OSCE, in particular with its Offices in Yerevan and Baku, to support reforms, and challenges addressed in the Geneva Discussions. Azubalis will be in Baku on March 13 and 14, in Tbilisi on March 15 and 16 , and in Yerevan on March 17 and 18. The Chairperson-in-Office will hold news conferences in Baku, Tbilisi and Yerevan, OSCE website reported.
