WCC, CEC call on Christians worldwide to commemorate Genocide victims on Easter Day

PanARMENIAN.Net - World Council of Churches (WCC) and Conference of European Churches (CEC) urge for commemoration of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.

WCC and CEC General Secretaries, Dr Olav Fykse Tvei and Prof. Dr. Viorel Ionita expressed their solidarity with the Armenian Apostolic Church, calling on churches of the world to commemorate 1,5 millions of Genocide victims in their Easter Day address, Holy Echmiadzin press service reported.
