Bako Sahakyan: the past is not reversible

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 16, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan attended the “International and legal guarantees of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement” conference organized at the republic’s National Assembly.

In his welcoming speech the President thanked the organizers of the event, underlying the conflict importance of settlement of the conflict in the framework of international and legal norms, which also concords with the position of official Stepanakert. At the same time he stated that past is not reversible and it is necessary to think of the future.

Chairman of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Harutyunyan, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, representatives of state, scientific and public sectors of the two Armenian states participated at the event, reported the Central Information Department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President.
