France Attaches Importance to Armenia-EU Relations

PanARMENIAN.Net - "I am for the first time in Armenia, but your country is close and familiar to France. I hope that the Square of France will become the square of peace," French President Jacques Chirac said at a joint press conference with the RA President in Yerevan. In his words, Armenia's opinion on the region is important for France. "We attach great attention to the Armenia-EU relations and the development of bilateral relations especially in the economic and cultural fields. Armenia is capable to overcome the economic challenges and become a state attractive for investments," the French President said.
