Greek judges share their experience with Armenian colleagues

PanARMENIAN.Net - A seminar is being held in Yerevan organized by the RA MFA, Armenian Court of Cassation, Greek MFA and the Center of Public Right of Greece in the framework of Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP). The topic of seminar is Preelectoral disputes. This is the second seminar titled "Comparison of Armenian and Greek legislation", and judges of Armenian first instance courts will be presented the Greek experience. Dr. from Athens State University Patrina Paparigopoulou said that the main goal of the seminar is to give assistance in conducting free and fair elections based on the experience of Greek judicial bodies concerning solution of electoral disputes.
