"Hay Dat" does not believe in sincerity of Nobel Prize laureates

PanARMENIAN.Net - If the message on behalf of 53 Nobel Prize laureates, initiated by David Phillips was sincere, it should have been spread via Armenian Press and not through international organizations, "Hay Dat" office head Giro Manoyan stated to a press conference in Yerevan. He said, the message equalizes guilt of Armenia and Turkey in absence of diplomatic relations. "We have all reasons not to believe Phillips, who was a member the notorious Turkish-Armenian Commission on Reconciliation and his current activity aims at preventing by all means adoption of the H. Res. 106 in the U.S. Congress," Manoyan stressed.

The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity has published a call that urges Armenia and Turkey for reconciliation, undersigned by 53 Nobel Prize winners. Executive Director of the Foundation David Phillips was the initiator of this action, who earlier coordinated works of Turkish-Armenian Commission on Reconciliation.
