  Seyran Ohanyan appointed Chief of RA Armed Forces General StaffMay 12, 2007 - 14:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - May 11 Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed a decree on appointing lieutenant general Seyran Ohanyan Chief of the RA Armed Forces General Staff and First Deputy Defense Minister. A contract for a 5-year term was concluded with lieutenant general Ohanyan, the RA leader's press office reported.Seyran Ohanyan held the office of the NKR Defense Minister till May 10, 2007.
