  RA FM to visit Belgium, Luxembourg and UAESeptember 26, 2007 - 20:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - October 9-12 Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will be visiting Belgium. In Brussels he is due to take part in the second congress of Armenians of Europe who will mark the 20th anniversary of recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the European Parliament. October 16 Vartan Oskanian will head the Armenian delegation to Luxembourg. He is also scheduled to visit the United Arab Emirates October 19-21, the RA MFA press office reported.
