Crimes as Genocide do not have statute of limitation

PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of Genocide doesn't have statute of limitation, ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director, Kiro Manoyan told a PanARMENIAN. Net reporter during a news conference in Yerevan.



The UN 1948 International Convention on condemnation and prevention of genocides fixed the provision, he said.



"Crimes against humanity do not have statute of limitation. This is one of provisions of international law Hay Dat is following," he said.
