In Sofia, Minister Oskanian will meet with President Georgi Parvanov, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin as well as with representatives of the Armenian community. October 30, Vartan Oskanian will make for Hungary to meet with counterpart Kinga Göncz and head of the parliamentary committee of foreign affairs George Hemet.
