"Kazakhstan supports constructive dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan and calls on the sides to refrain from warlike statement, which won't promote settlement of the conflict." The diplomat offered to use Kazakhstan's experience in resolving ethnic and confessional conflicts, Novosti Armenia reports.
