Turkey should face up its historical part. Acknowledgement of the Armenian Genocide is a distinctive responsibility," ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan told a news conference in Yerevan. "Recognition of the Genocide will become a positive criterion for accession to the EU," he said. "This can also help to normalize relations," he added, Novosti Armenia reports.
