Armenia attaches importance to relations with U.S.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's Foreign Minster Edward Nalbandian met Friday with Thomas C. Adams, Coordinator of U.S. Assistance to Europe and Eurasia.



The officials discussed the USAID and MCA activities and the post election situation in Armenia.



"We attach importance to the U.S.-Armenia relations which can be strengthened through joint cooperation," Minister Nalbandian said.



For his part, Mr Adams noted the importance of fair investigation into the post-election events and continuation of reforms, since 'democracy is the choice of the Armenian people', the RA MFA press office reported.
