Touching on Armenia's international image, the Minister said, "Armenia should have good relations with neighbors, without forgetting its national interests." As to recognition of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, Minister Nalbandian said that nations have the right to determine their destiny. "This is Armenia's position," he said.
