No breakthrough in Armenian-Turkish relations expected from Gul's visit

PanARMENIAN.Net - No breakthrough in Armenian-Turkish relations is expected from Abdullah Gul's visit to Yerevan, Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"Gul's problems are not in Yerevan but in Ankara, where he has rivals. That is why he needs a positive talk in Armenia," he said.

Gul will be in Yerevan on Sept. 6 for a qualifying World Cup game between the Armenian and Turkish national teams.
